Deep dark purple in colour with a crimson hue. Aromas of black berry fruits, cocoa and underlying oak. An aromatic medium bodied Shiraz with a generous palate of rich raspberry and vanillin oak sweetness with mild white pepper completing the flavour array. Fine silky tannins and an elegant long finish. Pair with lamb chops with fennel relish. 14% Alc/Vol.
