Peter Drayton is a fifth generation descendant of the Drayton Family in Australia, and is the proud producer of many award-winning wines. The Ironbark Hill vineyard is set at the foot of the Brokenback range and is unique in its ability to produce such a large range of wines in a very small area. Only 16 hectares of the 40 hectare property are under vine, yet the vineyard is able to produce Shiraz, Semillon, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Verdelho, and Tyrian to an incredibly high standard. Peter even produces sparkling wines and a small selection of Liqueur Fortified wines!
