About This Wine

Swan Valley, Western Australia. From the state's oldest wine growing region comes this Society favourite with lingering notes of blackcurrant and plum on the nose. Rich dark fruit on the palate such as blueberries, cherries and plum, dark bitter chocolate and coffee. A vibrant warming dry red, well balanced fruit and oak and textural tannins provide generous length. Pair with charred eggplant drizzled with tahini, lemon and parsley. Cellar for 6-10+ years. With age the wine will become richer and warmer with more complex flavours.
