Sourced from cool, high elevation vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, this fresh new vintage has intense white peach and tropical aromas with a faint grassiness. A smooth fleshy palate of honeydew with the mouth watering flavour of passionfruit lingering in the background. Hints of fresh herbs and minerality with a crisp citrus finish. A classic pairing is to serve Sauvignon Blanc chilled as an aperitif with goat cheese. 12.5% Alc/Vol.

Lambrook Wines is the brainchild of a husband-wife team that wanted to create something truly unique; wines that were "regionally focused, distinctly different". Adam and Brooke Lampit each had over two decades industry experience separately, inside Australia and out, when they established the Lambrook Winery in 2008. They're ambition, to create utterly exceptional single-vineyard wines, was realised through the contraction of individual vineyards for specific varietals; Shiraz from Macclesfield, Sauvignon Blanc from Woodside, and Pinot Noir from Oakbank and Lenswood. This drive to match wine types with the perfect terroir for their growth has led the Lampit's to a hugely successful industry of producing high-quality wines that are, exactly as they hoped, distinctly different.
