A bouquet of citrus and cashew notes. The barrel fermenting gives the wine great balance and creates a round, buttery texture with vanilla-like flavours. The fermentation on lees adds to the creamy texture and nutty flavour providing the palate with juicy well integrated grapefruit and cashew nut characters and subtle oak on a lingering finish. Pair with tandoori style chicken.

Rosenthal Wines is a boutique winery located on the south coast of Western Australia in the Great Southern wine region. In 1997, Gerald and Marjorie Richings fulfilled a long held dream by planting a small vineyard on the rich, loamy soils of their Springfield Park cattle stud. The Rosenthal family shared the Riching's vision and passion. Upon their acquisition of the property in 2000, the Rosenthal?s expanded the vineyard and embarked upon the establishment of Rosenthal Wines. The vineyard's maiden vintage, comprising the 2001 Reserve Shiraz and 2001 Sparkling Red, was warmly received by wine enthusiasts and sold out. Subsequent vintages have also sold out shortly after release. The loyalty and repeat custom of our valued clients reflects our commitment to premium fruit and traditional winemaking methods.
